Elegant Garage and Aluminum Doors

Introducing our new Elegance Series garage doors, crafted with precision and durability in mind. These doors feature a robust hardened aircraft aluminum inner structure that eliminates the need for structural struts. They can support their own weight without any structural compromise. For doors up to 16 feet wide and 8 feet tall, this design provides exceptional stability; however, larger doors may require additional support.

The hardware and tracks are powder-coated in sleek black and sourced directly from the manufacturer. Our hinges are twice the thickness of those used in commercial doors, ensuring long-lasting performance when maintained properly.

Our doors come in several stylish options: a mirror finish, a black tint, and a clear option, ideal for showrooms and car dealerships. They are equipped with commercial-grade springs and shafts, designed for high cycles, and finished with commercial bearing plates for added durability.

You can choose between 2-inch or 3-inch commercial tracks depending on your aesthetic preference. The door operates quietly thanks to polymer shafts inside the hinges, which replace traditional steel-on-steel contact.

These doors are significantly heavier—about three times the weight of standard residential doors. To accommodate this, we use double back hanging for added stability. Our technicians can custom-build high lift tracks in-house, but please ensure your garage has a strong framework. We may need to add structural supports to secure everything properly. Expect about an hour for us to locate studs behind the drywall and provide our recommendations. All structural work is done by our team to ensure it’s done correctly, though please note this will incur an additional cost.

Just as you wouldn’t drive a car with bald tires, you shouldn’t settle for a door that isn’t structurally sound. Each door is custom-made to fit your garage opening precisely, with evenly sized glass panels. An 8-foot tall door will feature five sections, while a 7-foot door will have four.

The inside of the door is equally impressive. The hardened aluminum structure, custom-made to our specifications, features an anodized finish for durability. The bottom rubber seal is a triplex system, designed to seal in three places: directly under the door with an O-shape, and with double fin designs at the front and back. This design keeps out wind, rain, snow, and helps maintain indoor temperature.

Our doors have undergone rigorous testing to ensure their reliability in extreme conditions. They have been tested in temperatures as low as -40°F and as high as 120°F for 15,000 cycles, with no issues of delimitation or hardware failure. This far surpasses the lifespan of most residential garage doors.
